So, I have been fighting off a cold for the past four days. I seem to be losing the battle.

9. Mucus

Really, where does all this stuff come from anyway? And no matter how much I wipe or blow, it just keeps coming.

8. Sneezing

Spontaneous and uncontrollable, keep the hanky handy.

7. Malaise

I really just don’t feel like doing anything, don’t bug me.

6. Chapping

Why are my lips dry, really? And now I have to moisturize my nose from all the wiping.

5. Headaches

So, why are there caverns in my skull that fill up with snot?

4. Questions

You look like crap, are you sick?

3. Annoyance

Why is everything so loud? And wasn’t I sick just last month?
